“A place with character and very clean with amazing and helpful staff. ...but very inconvenient for non-resident since the check in is under a software link and no work properly as the disadvantages for the amount of applications thst exist today to downloading the required info!!!...I guess that a 24/7 deck services is highly needed 😉 ”

“No proper parking and no luggage assistance — we had to carry heavy bags up about 15 steps. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with only one staff member at check-in. The room on the left has a nice view and is clean, but the strong artificial fragrance made it hard to sleep. No breakfast service, and it’s difficult to find a proper morning meal nearby. Not suitable for elderly guests or anyone who has difficulty with stairs or heavy luggage.”

“First the pros: It’s a lovely, newly renovated property, and our room had a gorgeous view of the Plaza Mayor. The building and room were charming, clean, and comfortable. The cons: A very big one for us was that the WiFi is weak and spotty. It was difficult to look up information about Salamanca sights online or even do email without interruptions and long waits. One of us had a zoom convo scheduled and had to go to the owners’ other property to use the WiFi there. The other downside is that……
