“When we arrived at the property it is clean and easy to get into with the pin pad. While it is an older building with historical value, it has been upkept and modernized. The stairs getting to the second story may be an issue for people with mobility issues. The location is great as there are multiple options for food and drinks within walking distance. “This charming house is deceptively roomy, has comfortable seating and beds and literally has everything you could possible need. I have never stayed in a rental with more supplies in the kitchen and bathroom and laundry room than this place! If I'm in Eugene again, I would definitely want to stay here!”
