The cabin is off a main road and there is a neighboring property, however, road noise is faint and the cabin is set lower so the majority of views are only of trees and ocean. I noticed the carpet in the living room was pretty dirty and needs a good cleaning. On the dock … I noticed it needs some TLC regards the boat tie-downs (cleats). "Very nice house for a couple that is one property off the beach, with good views and super access to an incredible beachside trail. The house was just as advertised and all systems were in good order and the beds and furniture are comfortable. No dishwasher would be an issue for us for longer stays, but not for the two nights we stayed. We would definitely stay again. "

"I love that it’s quiet, pet friendly, affordable with a beautiful view of the ocean. Just a few footsteps away to the beach. Love that the place was well kept for an older hotel. It still has so much charm. Breakfast was included as well, that was awesome better then most chain hotels. Overall a great place to stay. The only downside to it was the beds wasn’t the most comfortable. I think it’s time for a new one. Also checking in was a bit of a hassle we waited quite awhile to get our room. I think that was partially my fault for booking last min. But overall once again everything was great including the staff. My family and I was happy. "
