"Such a cool place to stay with history tied to the Titanic. It was close to the port that our cruise left from. The pub below and the surrounding restaurants were all great as well! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. "

"The best part of this hotel is its staff. They were all very helpful and just delightful. It's not a modern hotel but is very charming. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and shopping a 15 minute walk away. We loved this place and would stay here again. "

No hair dryer or plug sockets nr the bed. Sheets just lie on the bed. Not fitted.

"Super friendly on check in and it was just no bother thereafter. Nothing bad to say. Pleasant hotel - looks like a prison from the outside but they have done absolute wonders with the inside. Lifts were glitchy while we were there which was annoying but I’m sure that’s a temporary thing. Amazing position for the Boat Show and shopping. "
