“Overall would not recommend this hotel. The room was fine but staff are useless then it comes to addressing noise complaints in the night as well as other parts of their jobs. We booked here as they mentioned the pool and hot tub offered adult swims from 10pm-midnight however by 10:30 this was not the case. We asked staff to address this as we were not the only people annoyed with kids throwing and kicking toys around as we were there to relax. They waited another 20 minutes to come in which……
