Started at check-in the night clerk Tristan was very unwelcoming. The bathroom had mold and was was chipping in different places. Found hair from the previous guest on the bottom sheet. Will not stay here again.

Came in after midnight. Even though room was booked & we informed them we would be coming in late our room, the last room, was not made up as they let somebody switch rooms after they had already got into one of the beds. Then we had to wait 30 minutes, at 2am, to get into our room. Staff was friendly & apologetic but this was not a good ending to dropping off a military family friend.

Staff was great. The room had a toilet that was running nonstop that I asked the front desk to look into. Cleanliness of the room, there was hair in the bathtub and on the toilet that never left the whole time we were there.

Pillows were amazing. Bed was comfy. Room was big. Pool was heated and amazing. Pool room lights were off, we thought it was closed, but the clerk turned them on for us.
