A/C kept us awake all night because of the motor. Room Telephone didn’t work. T.V Remote didn’t work! Room had an odor! Breakfast good! Cookies good! Hotel ready for a remodel! Hall Carpets extremely worn!

We love Altus and have wonderful family that we come to see, but this hotel was definitely not up to standards! We will be coming back to Altus but trying a different hotel!
