“Great comms from Martin. Choice of cereals plus pint of fresh milk in fridge. Handy location for city centre and Headingley. Simple key retrieval from combination lock safe. Comfy bed. Nice big TV. Small but functional bathroom. Good value for money.”

“Very convenient and spacious apartment - the only one on the 5th floor. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony in the very hot weather, as the flat was quite hot. There is a fan but it wasn't particularly effective. Plenty of storage space, a huge TV and big living area. Comfortable bed. A few minor niggles - the flat feels a bit tired. Loose carpet in the hall, and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. The bathroom extractor fan did not seem to be working. Some of the venetian blinds were……

“I booked this stay to go to a concert at the nearby Brudenell Social Club (5-10 minute walk) and it was the perfect choice. Excellent communication with the host made the check in process very smooth. I strongly recommend it.”

“Firstly, the apartment was clean but would benefit from some maintenance and upgrades. Sofa was worn and uncomfortable and there would be nowhere for 4 adults to sit. Front door lock needs to be fixed or repaired as it was touch and go that I was going to be able to get the key out as the mechanism was loose. The thumb turn on the inside doesn't work either so I had to grip the short barrel with my fingers to lock it from the inside. A blind was broken and I was given specific instructions……

“Very clean and incredibly well provisioned room with access to kitchen area (washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, etc). Excellent shower, easy to use air con/heating controls, big TV and really close to both Dean Clough Mills and The Piece Hall.”

“We were a group of three families (plus a dog) and the house and gardens were phenomenal. The kitchen and the secret garden were our main areas for convening. All facilities were great, and as an avid cook, the kitchen set up and equipment was top notch. ”
