Modern big lobby, had the executive double on the 9th floor, great views of the city, never heard a sound. Bed was very comfortable, good pillows and air conditioning, can't fault anything, did not get chance to eat at the hotel. There is a Sainsbury's outside the hotel and a few bars, 5 min walk into Leeds centre

No complaints at all. Lovely clean room. Comfortable beds. Beautiful reception area. Good location, 10 minutes walk to City Center and car park. Next to canal for a nice quiet walk. Would stay again.

This hotel was not expensive and was clean. The common areas exceeded the bedroom which was on the small side and quite dated. Old tv no usb points and just felt dated. I did get a very competitive rate and the hotel is well positioned just across the river from the city centre, a very easy walk. Would I stay again? Yes certainly, but I see this is a convenient short stay hotel for a couple of nights not a longer stay or for a special visit

OMG, this hotel is absolutely amazing. We have stayed here a number of times at it never fails to disappoint. The rooms are big and the facilities are excellent. We upgraded to an executive room which was fantastic and the staff are really friendly. Breakfast is fabulous and the location is brilliantly situated to the centre where all the bars are. Book this hotel and you won't be disappointed.

After booking, I read some less than positive reviews and considered changing hotels. I'm glad I didn't as we found everything to be just fine, from the quiet spotless room to the buffet breakfast. Close enough to walk to train station and shopping area

A fantastic place to stay in Leeds. The staff are so friendly and the breakfast is brilliant. Access ro all the amenities is a very.shirt distance, especially for a night out.
