“I booked four King Suite rooms at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Walla Walla through Expedia. However, when we arrived, the front desk informed us that they only had three King Suites and one Double Queen reserved for us, which was not what I booked. We asked if we could check in about an hour early, and were told that only two of our rooms were ready. They checked us into those rooms and said they would call when the other two were available. A little sketchy but rooms where clean, didn’t make it to check the breakfast but at check in the breakfast area looked small and only a like type grab and go or cereal so didn’t bother even going down to check, and our room was a significant way across the parking lot to the office/breakfast area so it was a hassle anyway! Prob wouldn’t stay here again, we only stayed bcuz we went to a Jelly roll concert and everything else was booked or over $200 for a room! I will say it was very……

“Expected to pay more than average rate due to concert in town and we did. All other properties were sold out due to Jelly Roll concert. Clean hotel with a nice hard working and friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were clean and kept up but the button to turn on the hot tub jets did not work. Breakfast was very good and property was well maintained. The shower pressure was very poor. They issue VERY SMALL bars of soap and shampoo- you will need to ask for more. We asked for a 2nd wash cloth and was……

“For a quick, clean, comfortable overnight or a needed place just to sleep its great! No on-site store, ice or added extras. But, great, kind and helpful staff as well as clean room with parking direct in front of your door. Stores close by for snacks, water etc. We would date again if we are in need of room overnight.
