It was ok .. no room service had to ask for towels ect. Never saw any maid's ,,When checking in , couldn't fully understand what was being said... Ice machines didn't work either. I'll never go stay there again. To expensive for the service and facility. Should have cost half for what service we got...

The room was spacious (king suite), but no extra blankets, ice machines broken, and overall very outdated. Seems the owners are cutting corners, and it shows. Luckily, we were there only to sleep.

The hotel room itself was very dirty. It had never been cleaned. They came in to clean it while we went to supper. Vacuumed, fridge and microwave clean and dusted. Also cleaned the bathroom. Beds were already made with clean bedding. It was very weird. Staff at check in and staff that day were very nice and apologetic. Unfortunately, will never stay there again!

Smells bad through out. Stains on mattress cover under the sheet. Breakfast was lacking. Waffle machine did not work and options were basically oranges, cereal, and toast. There were small biscuits and gravry but they were not good. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful though.
