Nestled between Namur and Charleroi, this renovated countryside holiday home in Denée offers a spacious and stylish escape for up to 21 guests. With 7 large bedrooms, it’s ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, or group getaways. Enjoy evening walks by the nearby river or explore the scenic surroundings.  
  
The area is perfect for cycling and walking tours, with charming towns like Graux and Saint-Gérard nearby. Day trips to Namur and Charleroi are easy with a private vehicle. After a day of adventure, unwind on the terrace with a glass of wine, or soak up the sun in the landscaped garden.  
  
Inside, the home features tastefully designed bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and plenty of entertainment: a Blouse Court, slide, table tennis, volleyball court, and swing set. Whether you're relaxing or staying active, this home offers a perfect blend of comfort and fun.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
