“The automatic check in machine wasn't working so it didn't print out room cards . I couldn't get into my room . When I phoned the help line I was told that someone would be there in 15 mins . 45 mins later someone did arrive . The problem was sorted but again later that night I couldn't get into my room 🙃. I had to check in again to get another room card. The help line was not answered when I called . However the room itself was nice , clean and comfortable. The location in town……
