Arbor Lane Cabin - authentic & charming tucked away cabin, yet near it all.

This one bedroom (sleeps 3), one-bathroom authentic cabin just outside Pilot Mountain offers privacy and solitude for maximum peace and relaxation for your getaway experience. Built from refurbished wood from an old tobacco barn, this cabin is one-of-a-kind and is in the heart of North Carolina Wine Country, and home to many leading wineries and vineyards. Beautiful nearby towns of Pilot Mountain, Mount Airy, Dobson, and the Blue Ridge Parkway, are within minutes of driving.

This property is just 2.5 miles from JoLo Vineyard/Endposts Restaurant, and minutes from numerous other local wineries throughout the region. Terrific restaurants and many outdoor activities are located within easy reach of the cabin. Pilot Mountain State Park is a 5-8 minute drive and a perfect place for hiking and viewing this majestic mountain.

Many state parks are close by: Pilot Mountain State Park; Hanging Rock State Park; Stone Mountain State Park; and the Blue Ridge Parkway, as well as zip lines, rafting, tubing, canoeing, art galleries, golf, antiques, dining, numerous vineyards and wineries, historic downtowns, and much more!

The rustic cabin offers all modern amenities: WiFi throughout, a full size kitchen with basic cooking and eating utensils, oven/four burner stove top, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, and 12 cup drip coffee maker. The kitchen table seats four, and the counter height bar seats an additional four people. A beautiful rock fireplace with gas logs is also located in the kitchen.

The living area is located on the main floor with a couch, love seat, rocking chairs, smart TV and DVD player. A second rock fireplace with gas logs is located in the living area as well. The bathroom is located on the main floor with linens provided.

A large bedroom/sleeping loft is upstairs with a queen bed, twin bed and sitting area. The ceiling is vaulted and exposed beams of reclaimed tier poles from an old tobacco barn make this space a cozy area for sleeping and relaxing.

A wrap around porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing is located outside the cabin. This perfect space for morning coffee and evening drinks overlooks a pond with a beautiful water fountain, and gorgeous open fields. A small creek is a few steps away from the cabin.

The Springhouse - a second cabin on the property, with an operating water wheel overlooking the pond. The springhouse is yet another perfect place unwind and watch the water fountain. The springhouse is a getaway within a getaway.

Little Piece of Heaven
Arbor Lane is such a magical place! It’s the perfect getaway and you won’t be disappointed. The cabin is beautiful, the Springhouse is perfect addition to the property and we felt like kids again swinging on the swing by the creek. We enjoyed the seclusion and the convenience of having a grocery store 5 miles away a bonus . DeAnn is a wonderful hostess and her added touches make you feel so welcome. Don’t pass on this little piece of heaven!

Secluded cabin nestled in the woods was a great place to get away. Loved the old fashioned swing by the creek and the beautiful pond and spring house. Great wrap around porch with rockers and swing. Near Pilot Mountain and Mount Airy for nice day trips. Attentive host.

Very Nice
The property is very beautiful and quite. Secluded away from all the problems in the world. The only reason I gave the overall rating a 4 was because of the stairs. There are 3 different sections of them. That’s not the owner/cabin fault. It’s my bodies. Lol

We lived this place! It’s a excellent location within short distance to Pilot Mountain and Mt Airy! It was fun visiting both this places but being able to relax and just enjoy nature was the best. A secluded, peaceful slice of Heaven
This property exceeded our expectations. The cabin was well appointed, cozy and perfect for my wife, and I. The fish pond and surrounding cornfields just added to the overall ambiance of seclusion and tranquility! It’s close enough to most wineries and regional major attractions, yet still off the beaten path. Keep in mind that if visiting wineries are your thing, most are closed the first part of the week. We’ll plan better next time, and look forward to booking this property again soon!

The cabin was very nice, located near Pilot Mountain. Close to Mt. Airy, the town of Pilot Mountain and several wineries and other attractions. It was terrific for a long weekend getaway.

it was beautiful up there and very quiet. only complaint I have is I did not know in advance it had 3 stories. I am not very good with stairs anymore so I stayed mainly on the 2nd floor. It was my first time guess I should have looked at the cabin closer when I made reservations.

A Slice of Heaven!
This cabin was so perfect it should be featured in a Hallmark movie! The views from the porch were lovely from every angle. The pond in the front with the fountain and spring house just made you want to sit on the wrap around porch porch swing for hours and gaze across at it! One of our favorite features was the wood swing suspended from a big oak down by the creek. The cabin was cozy and furnished with everything we needed. We highly recommend this home for a Pilot Mt area get away!

We absolutely loved the.cabin and the location. It was so peaceful and quiet. I loved the porch and the swing. The weather was perfect. Deann was very nice and always there if you needed her for anything. Saw some deer and some groundhogs. The cabin was equipped with everything that you needed. Would.love to visit there again.
