“Mycket hjälpsam och kundvänlig personal. Jag kom fram till hotellet kl 08:00 på morgonen efter nattbussresa från K Terengganu. Personalen satte igång omedelbart att göra i ordning ett rum och jag fick tidig incheckning utan extra betalt. Allmänt var personalen m generös. Nackdelar: Begränsat utbud restauranger och bristande transportmöjligheter till centrum (personalen hjälpte mig med detta också - kostnadsfritt). Malaysia har inte samma tuk-tuk service som övriga länder i SO-asien. ”

“As a 3 star property this did not disappoint. The location was convenient for us as we had an event in the event hall next door. There are only 3 stories and a lift was available. Rooms near the swimming pool can be noisy from the swimmers (mainly children) The property is quite far from town so having your own transport is an advantage”
