"The hotel and room were beautiful, the staff was excellent. They recommended several great restaurants in the area and Santa Maria Cathedral was a short walk from the hotel. The roof top bar was one of the best I have been to with a magnificent view of the cathedral. Would stay here again when visiting Florence."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walking to everything. The front staff provide a brief tour while escorting to room and happily book anything you need. The room was nicely appointed. Breakfast had something for everyone. They even give a complimentary bottle of Chianti to enjoy there or take home. "

"Our room was referred to as "boutique" which must have been code for tiny. That was a disappointment. Otherwise, everything was just great, and the property is lovely."

"This was truly one of the best experiences we have ever had. We have been to many upscale hotels. But the staff and service were truly exceptional and accommodating. From speaking about things and actually making things happen. To remembering my birthday two days later with a cake on my birthday unprompted. They were truly unbelievably warm, friendly, helpful, and so sweet! I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend! "

"So this little hotel is in a very busy area - simply trying to walk down the street with your luggage feels like you’re navigating an obstacle course. At 2 am we were watching from our balcony the drunk people down on the street (very amusing). That being said, it’s in a very convenient location if you’re there to see the sights of Florence. We were able to walk to almost everything. The furthest away point of interest in our itinerary was probably the Piazzale de Michelangelo where people go to watch the sunset. The staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar served as a lovely way to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a long day of walking and sightseeing. And the breakfast is so good! For the price you really can’t go wrong here! "
