Hotel Paris was great. Great location close to train station and many of the main sights of Florence. Lots of nearby dining options, Breakfast option in hotel. Staff was very friendly. Used laundry service which was done in the same day. Would absolutely suggest staying here.

Great solo stay at Hotel Paris. Walkable to everywhere. Wonderful staff. Fantastic breakfast in the breakfast room/terrace. Breakfast room is available 24/7 for coffee tea etc to take back to you room or drink on the terrace.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Location is great - very close to duomo and shopping, but far enough off the beaten path to not be crowded/loud. The terrace is a really nice place to sit in the shade and relax during the day. Our room was comfortable and clean with a great view. AC was lovely to have as the outside temperature started to climb.

Room was not what we were expecting. Totally different than pictures. Very weird layout of the room and the window was all the way up to the ceiling so unreachable… and the bathtub need a good retouch, weird room. Location was good and the staff were very friendly.

Our friends and ourselves were impressed with the age of the building and that there were large areas of this that were an integral part of the decor. It was very convenient for transport and the city. the young staff were excellent. The breakfast dining room was super.

No AC and poor area.
Hot weather mixed with no air conditioning even though it advertised that it did. The manager tried to help but finally admitted that the AC for the building had not been turned on yet. The hotel was also close to the train station but was in an area that felt unsafe and dirty. We checked out early and had to pay for an extra night that we didn’t use.
