“The property was fine, but the front desk staff never told us that parking was an additional $20/day + tax. He simply handed us the parking pass. (This was AFTER our room was not ready at the promised check in time of 4pm. We had to wait almost 2 hours to get into our room.) Nor was the parking fee outlined on our reservation confirmation email from Wxpedia nor the email from Marriott. “The house is great and is very well appointed. The hosts have made every effort to make it feel like home. The kids loved the playground in the yard and shared the trampoline with the neighbors. Great for entertaining with plenty of dishes and utensils and pots and pans. Even an air fryer!! The hosts were great and answering any questions quickly and helped one of the other families recover a Christmas present left behind. Would stay there again next New Years! ”

“The property is better than the pictures can capture. It is an idyllic setting. Serene and nature filled. The well-maintained entrance is approximately 2/10th of a mile drive thru the woods. Ample outside parking. The house has a split plan, practical layout. There are 2 downstairs bedrooms each with bathroom; two upstairs bedrooms share a central bathroom.
