“The hotel is a bit dated for the price. The rooms could use a face lift. The complimentary breakfast is helpful, but the offerings are very basic and it gets very, very crowded in the breakfast area making it hard to find seating and to get food. Our room wasn't ready at 4:00 and everyone else checking in at the same time as us seemed to also be having issues with their rooms not being ready. It was a mess. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. “This was one of the worst properties we have stayed at. Upon arrival the receptionist was rude. We got a nonsmoking room and they stated they charged $250 if we smoked in the room, yet as soon as we opened the door, all we could smell was smoke. There were holes in the walls, the stair railing was falling, electrical wiring was showing, the room was extremely dirty, there were bugs, the tv in the bedroom didn’t work, and the bathroom light did not work. When we reached out to the staff for a……

“We had a few issues in the beginning of our stay, but they did get resolved on our last night. Some issues were cable not working, internet not connecting to devices, there was a telephone, but no hooks up so the phone didnt even work. The room was cleaned in a rush, there was a pretzel under the mattress.. & there was not spare toilet paper roll.”

“The rooms are spacious and cozy. Water park was smaller than places like water country but it doesn’t matter really when you consider it’s far less packed and you get more done and you don’t often stay in a hotel with anything more than a pool. Ropes course was great, games were great and VR was incredible. Food was amazing and I hated being on a diet. Definitely going back next year. Buy the adventure pass, it’s absolutely worth it”
