"Nice clean and comfortable room. TV worked well and the HVAC worked well and was not noisy. They did have really nice blackout curtains so parking lot light did not bleed into room."

"The Brooks Street Motor Inn was good value for the money. The property is definitely dated, and could use a face-lift. However, the towels were clean and soft, as were the sheets. It is conveniently located near many amenities along Brooks Street, and the staff were excellent. Both of the nights we stayed, the property was quiet, and we slept well."
