"My family of 4 stayed at Ocean Tide for 9 days in July 2023. The property is effectively a lower ground floor apartment consisting of a bedroom wing along a corridor and a huge open plan living area. The propery is very large ! When you initially walk in it seems overwhelming in a good way. Others have noted that there isn't really any outdoor space but this did not cause us an issue during our stay, we enjoyed using that vast living area in the evenings. "Amazing first floor apartment in fantastic location - within a few steps of Arrecife''s beautiful historic waterfront (known as El Charco, with a terrific range of tapas bars & restaurants) but situated down a very quiet side street. Added bonus is the included underground car park for 1 car, with a lift to help unload the luggage - very unusual in El Charco! "Simple property, great value for money. Great sea views - both front and back of property. Easy walk to restaurants. Pool was lovely. Snorkelling in cove just next to the apartment was beautiful. Quick transfer from the airport - hire car not necessary. Owner met us at the apartment for check in and was able to provide flexibility for our early arrival. "Had a wonderful weeks stay. Everything is walkable if your fit and able, even the bus top to go to other destinations on the Island. A couple of decent local restaurants in the nearby port and the new shopping mall, both within 8-10 mins walk. Property was great and obviously recently refurbished. Great place to stay if you want to be away from the normal hustle of a tourist resort like Puerta Del Carmen or Teguise."

"Casa Sol is in a convenient location a 10 minute easy stroll from the shops and restaurants at Marina Rubicon. The villa was spotlessly clean and reasonably well equipped. Initially, we had a problem with gaining access to the property, which has a, for us anyway, confusing digital door lock. The problem was resolved after contacting the emergency number. Overall, we would certainly come back."

"Apart from the hiccups with the check in process, everything else about the apartment was fantastic. Very spacious and clean apartment with good view of the sea. Easy access to local restraurants,bus stand and taxi station which was just across the hotel. However, there were noise from the bar downstairs late in the night which can be a problem if you're staying right above. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend. "
