On arriving, our room had a small flood (leaking from the boiler)
However, the staff were very good, and put us in another room.
The very next day they had replaced the boiler with a new one and we were back in our original room.
The rooms were very clean, tidy, and very spacious, and situated in a way that every apartment had its own privacy space.
Staff very helpful.
Bus stop directly outside that ran every 30 minutes to the centre of Playa Blanca and was only €1.40.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Riu Paraiso in Lanzarote. The hotel has a fantastic location, on the beach front and promomenade and just a 10-15 min stroll into the bustiling town of Puerto Del Carman. The hotel suits all, whether it be couples and families and wehter you want a quiet or action packed holiday - the hotel has two sections with the quieter area very much more catered for adults wanting to simply relax.
The entertainment both day and night is of a good standard and we particularly enjoyed the vening where you could watch a vareity of shows in the main theatre or watch live music singers in the bar area.
The staff and cleanliness i cannot fault at all, an exceptional service and we were very lucky to have a free upgrade to a premium room giving us a pool and wonderful sea view.
We would definitely return.
