“Room was clean and functional, but a few things could be improved. No full-length mirror in the room, and housekeeping doesn't change towels daily (every 2 days) or bed sheets weekly, which felt a bit stingy. Wifi signal was weak throughout the stay it needs to be improved. The pool area was very quiet with no music for atmosphere, and I was surprised to be charged for a towel (20€ deposit and 2€ per day) that's normally complimentary elsewhere. Floats should be allowed in the pool. There was……

“Great accommodation. Never sunbeds available beside pool people Leave towels out on sunbeds night before be prepared to do same. Great location but bit of a climb to accomodation. 5 mins from main strip.”

“Ideal location for what we wanted. Breakfast buffet included was lovely. Rooms nice and clean and towels provided for the pool area were a bonus as many places in pdc dont provide this.”

“We were a family of 5 in a 2 bed apartment. Absolutely loads of space. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels every 2nd day. Staff were all friendly and even played with my son. Location is perfect. Only negative id say is the kids entertainment at night wasnt fantastic. But I dont think they had the numbers for it either as was 1st week of September.”

“Reception staff, particularly Belen who helped when I was sure I'd left my cell phone in a taxi having looked everywhere in my room including my bag. She contacted the taxi firm and in the meantime suggested I return to my room and she called the phone again. Sure enough the phone was in my bag but wedged under something else. Unfortunately later I did leave my camera in a taxi and she is working with them so that if found I can arrange its retrieval.”

“Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine……

“I have visited Lanzarote loads and have always stayed in Puerto del carmen. However, after my visit to these apartments I will definitely be back. I booked last minute and I have honestly never stayed in such an amazing place for the price. If your looking for a chilled out time the I recommend you stay here. My only negative if there has to be one is that there is. Omar conditioning but this would not stop me going back”

“It’s such a perfect stay that I can’t recommend this apartment more!! The room is big, clean and with everything equipped. The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! She is the soooooo nice and enthusiastic, super communicative and warm-hearted!! Her smile just makes you feel happy all the day!! I would definitely stay here again if I come back and I recommend it to anyone who visit……

“La chica de recepción nos ayudó mucho y fue muy amable con nosotros,nos dió mucha información sobre excursiones y nos facilitó bastante la vida. Hotel bonito que se estaba reformando,quizás le falte aire acondicionado pero está muy bien y tranquilo.”
