“We had a fantastic interaction with Matt the owner when we arrived. He told us everything we needed to know about the property and parking, asked if we needed help with our luggage. Told us about breakfast places. Was overall super friendly which was a great start. The room was super clean with towels laid on the bed, tea and coffee waiting with sugar and water and cookies. Bathroom was spotless. There was a welcome letter waiting for us outlining all we needed to know. Great stay. Will……

“We had a very pleasant two-night stay thanks to being made to feel so welcome by our hosts, Rosie and James. Contact beforehand was great with a super demo video on how to enter the hotel. Rosie was a lovely host; her local recommendations were top-notch and truly made our trip. It happened to be very hot while we were visiting, so having a fan provided in the room was a thoughtful touch that was very much appreciated! The hotel has a lovely communal area at the entrance where complementary tea,……

“an very old inn which just renovated few years before. Wonderful service bu those very friendly and helpful staffs but one problem is the rooms which located on the ground floor are just next to the bar courtyard, you can hear all the noises by the customers because they just seats outside your windows.”

“Requested accessible room - it was so far from the main part of the hotel we needed to drive and use a fire exit. In the bathroom the shower seat was rusted and broken, bathroom old, not maintained and dirty. The pillows stank and we needed to request new (which were equally as awful). Bedding cheap and musty. The part of the hotel we staid in is obviously mothballed for most of the year unless there is a big event nearby when they must open it and sell rooms. We were there for Goodwood which……
