"Well-priced rooms with all the amenities that a weary traveler could ask for. Breakfast was varied and delicious, the grounds are lovely and it is a very safe environment. "We stayed there for a night after our safari as we were flying the next day. It’s ok for an overnight stay. Rooms are fine, not the best but good for the price. It’s just not an hotel to stay in for the day. We had to stay longer as our flight was late afternoon the next day. But you can see that they dont usually get people staying more than the night. They didn't have much on the lunch menu available. The lunch we ordered was very basic (pizza) too long to get it and when we got our food, it was cold. Staff hotel is nice tho. Good service. When you pay the bills for diner or lunch, pay with Tanzanian shillings or by credit card in Tanzanian shilling. Dont pay in USD, the conversion rate they use is not fair. We saved 15$ USD by paying credit card instead of USD cash price he was giving us. The rooms are clean enough, they could have clean the windows outside as it was very dirty, but for the price we paid we didn’t mind it. We are not very picky on these things. "

"Conveniently located near Arusha ARK airport. Clean and safe with some maintenance issues (flickering lights). Not the most comfortable beds, but acceptable. Overall a good choice if you require easy access to ARK. "

"The hotel is just off the busy main street so very nice to get to the quiet beautiful grounds and pool. It is very green and tranquil. The hotel inside is clean and practical. It’s a business centre hotel so quite big with decor as expected not like a small cosy hotel. Breakfast was a mix of African food and pancakes, omelette, fruit and yogurt. It was convenient for us but you will need a tuk tuk or taxi to get into town, not sure there are any shops/cafes in walking distance. The bar outside is nice to relax in the gardens, the pool was a great place to spend time after a busy day. Staff all spoke very good English and were all very friendly. "

"The grounds and villas are lovely and it's obvious alot of thought has gone into the design. The restaurant area is a complete contrast to the ambiance of the villas. It is open concept and quite institutional looking and we felt we were eating at a cafeteria. There is noise from the surrounding neighbourhood (sounded like a disco/club), which was disappointing given the amazing views from this property. We ordered room service and had the breakfast. The veggie sandwich and soup were quite good but the burger had an overwhelming taste of whatever grain is used to bind ingrédients. Breakfast was mediocre and cafeteria style. "
