Communication with the hotel was excellent — they responded quickly to our emails and even offered transport from the airport at a very reasonable rate. The receptionist did not even have reservation when I checked in after I booked through Hotel.com a day before. I had to wait for half an hour for her to contact the manager, who is not onsite.”
