dirty around the Hotel, and graffiti on other buildings, Hotel look good inside and out a plus there were lots of restaurants one street over (busy street) and a laundry mat one street over.

This was an ok hotel. It was clean and our room was a decent size. Breakfast had basic foods but was the same every day. Beware of weekend stays. The night club next door is open from 5am to 3 pm on Saturday and Sunday and the music is very loud.

Hypnos Inn was a nearly perfect hotel. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. The room was very clean and efficient, having everything you need: refrigerator, balcony, kettle, hangers, glasses, mugs, toiletries, etc. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The only minor issue was the bathroom was extremely tiny and there was no door on the shower, and the breakfast wasn’t special. The elevator was convenient and I loved the neighborhood. It felt like a real Athens neighborhood free of annoying tourists, with many good markets, restaurants, and shops around. I would stay here again and again.

Overall, the Hypnos Inn is suitable for a short stay/long weekend. The hotel itself is well located, with regular bus services to the centre, as well as a metro station a short walk away. The rooms were clean, and the mattress was excellent, but there was a disappointing lack of care re facilities and amenities. The room advert stated that there would be tea and coffee making facilities, but there was only a kettle, sugar, milk, and some mugs. There were no sachets of tea or coffee. Further to this, the bath soap had not been filled ahead of check in. Thankfully, Emilio at the front desk kindly helped us resolve the above problems. Breakfast was somewhat limited and could be improved, but the traditional pastries and the Greek yogurt and honey were a nice touch. It is worth noting that this hotel may not be suitable for families travelling with young kids as it is quite noisey due to its close proximity to a night club.

Easy direct connection with metro from airport to station Ampelokipi and then short walk. Or 2 stops with bus. (watch out pickpockets on metro) Friendly and helpful staff. Room smaller size but very clean. Restaurants and smaller shops and kiosks near. Ask hotel staff, they know and will help you.

Jag är förvånad över att det här hotellet hade så bra betyg faktiskt. Det var inget annat än helt okej. Relativt slitet och ostädat, men framför allt väldigt lyhört. När någon pratade i korridoren, trapphuset eller ett närliggande rum lät det som att de var i vårt rum.

Sehr nettes Personal. Aber 4 Sterne hat das Hotel definitiv nicht. Sehr lieblos eingerichtete Zimmer und sehr hellhörig. Die Nachbarschaft ist abends etwas lauter und bitte am Wochenende aufpassen: direkt nebenan ist ein Club, der bis in die Morgenstunden noch laut ist.

De medewrkers van de balie waren super vriendelijk en begripvol. De kamers zijn zeer gedateerd zoals het hele gebouw. Het ontbijt was een aanfuiting, koude gekookte eieren 2 soorten vlees 1 soort kaas gore koffie en een flesje warm water op de tafel, de ontbijtdame was wel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gezien de kamer prijs ver beneden peil.
