Classic City 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, on cul de sac, walk to Memorial Park and Five Points.
King bed in master bedroom with a private bath. Queen bed in bedroom 2 with a small desk space. Bedroom 3 offers a bunk bed with trundle that works well to sleep up to 3 and or a sleeping / gaming space with a wall mounted tv!
2.5 miles to UGA stadium. 1.8 miles to the UGA Golf Course, driving range, and practice facilities. 3 miles to the Georgia Botanical Gardens.

The property is just as described and is very cozy. Keith Allen, the owner could not have been more accommodating. We had a question and he responded immediately and followed up to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Me and several of my friends had a wonderful time staying at this location. The property manager was very responsive and gave good direction. I would stay here again, if given the chance.
