"Upon check in at this property, there were signs of a cockroach infestation and a live cockroach was seen in the kitchen. The apartment also was not clean. I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee. Through some Google searching, I was able to find the property management company in charge of the apartment complex where this property is located (FPI Management). I spoke with a representative...

"The apartment is so nice and welcoming and had so many little touches like snacks and personal hand written notes that set this property over the top. the owner definitely went above and beyond to make it such a great place to stay.the location is close to dinning ,shopping, and basically anything you'll need for u stay ."

"That being said, my relative and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's a very nice neighborhood people are friendly(neighbors) And the hosts of this home made it very welcoming and pleasurable. It's a nice get away to get a piece of mind. We were impressed with the interior decor and amenities were beyond unexpected which made it warming and welcoming.
