The TV was difficult to figure out (no instructions available in the rental and didn't want to bother owner about it, but it also wasn't a huge deal to us) to the point that we could not use it our second night. “The shower only lasted 5 minutes be for getting cold. I told the management 2 days in and it didnt get fixed. I’m glad Im home so I can take a real shower. Would not stay there again. ”

“The property was located in a very nice area of town. Conveniently close to shopping and eating with proximity to Downtown and UC Davis Medical Ctr. Place had a very nice layout, all amenities, and attention to details a good host has.”

“Smallest & worst toaster; no place to sit down to eat; needs a reachable outlet in kitchen; no water pressure in bathroom sink; no hairdryer as advertised; very bad internet (couldn't even download news on laptop); no sound insulation between units--could hear conversations; footsteps; video games? and constant dog barking. Not a good place to stay.”
