"The first room we checked in the next morning we realized the refrigerator was not cold. So we went to front desk and told them about the problem and they had a mechanic check refrigerator and when we got back to the Hotel about 2:00pm in the afternoon. Front desk said the refrigerator was OK, but when we went to the room and checked the refrigerator it still was not cold, and we lost our food. So we called the front desk again and they put us in another room. And for the lost food the hotel said we could take off one day cost of the room, have the third party call the hotel about the problem."

"all was so wonderful until we got to breakfast. No way to split our bagels, no knives to spread our topping choices. After breakfast came down for a cup of coffee, both carafes were empty. I noted it to the young man at the desk and he acted put out because we asked for the promised coffee. He gave me a look that I thought meant 'just leave me alone, I'm on my phone now' (he was always on his phone) a rude look. There was a young woman at the desk when I checked in and out, she was great! Caring about my needs as a customer. "
