This was definitely a budget option (which showed in the condition of the room and the lack of internet or breakfast), but the beds were clean and the room stayed cool overnight. It's also very conveniently located, just off the highway and close to a gas station and a very reasonable diner/family restaurant.

Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Very quiet location. It's an older building but had some updates. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The room, although not fancy, is very comfortable with table and 2 chairs, bureaus and shelves, end tables, large bathrooms. Just well laid out. Off the highway enough to be quiet. Not a pretty setting but lots of birds singing. Our second time here and would stay again.

I stayed here 2 weeks ago when driving to visit family in Michigan and was given the same room and rate in the way back. I'm the type that just wants a clean room comfortable bed and a shower as I travel cross country. This place is a bit old and dated, and needs more outlets but overall, it is clean, convienent and the staff/owners are friendly.

We were attending a funeral in the area so decided to stay close by and chose the Budget Inn. It’s an older motel so not everything looks fresh and new of course but our room was clean. The only thing I would say to the owners is to replace the towels and washcloths. They were stained and a little thread bare. A fresh cup of coffee and maybe a muffin and some fruit in the morning would have been really nice.

Evening woman in office was charming. Room was reasonably priced, had everything we needed. We didn't need or want to pay for extras. Free breakfast for example isn't really free. Beds & pillows were comfortable and it was quiet. Slept great.

Regular roadside motel. Clean. Bad a/c (takes hours to cool). Hot shower w/soap and shampoo. Not enough pillows, and little weird dropping off key in check-out box outside lobby in the morning. Seemed almost like a random person picked it up and went upstairs to the room after i left - dunno. But... I mean, good for a night's rest. Gas next door. Sokay.
