We booked the Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Avoca, IA while on the road. We were just passing through on a Sunday night. This hotel is amazing! The staff was so nice and accommodating, they really made for a great stay. The property is clean and well maintained. Having the lounge afforded us the opportunity to have something to eat as all of the area restaurants were closed. We recommend the Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Avoca, IA to anyone traveling in the area.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Newer facility. Pleasant farmland setting. Right next to a gas station with Wendy's and a taco place. Close to the Flour Mill Restaurant just down the road, which has delicious food and a nice setting looking onto a lovely golf course. All in all, a good resting stop in our travels.

The front desk employee was very helpful . They had a food menu that had a good selection in house. A bar was available. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Quiet environment. It had ample parking for oversized vehicle.

This was a nice option where there were very few lodging options. It was clean and staff were nice. There is NO place to eat other than a truck stop or Subway. My BIG complaint is that it was mostly travelers staying here and the coffee urns, in two locations, were out of coffee! This was at 7:30 am! I waited 20 min and they stayed empty. Came back in another 15 min and still no coffee. We checked out without any and had to get the truck stop coffee for our morning cup. We will not stay here again for this reason.

Top end breakfast that came with some kind of sausage every morning. Really great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Very responsive to a post stay email that we sent as well. I will likely plan to stay here again when in Avoca.

This was a great choice for us traveling through on our way home to Michigan from Colorado. It’s right off the highway. We were happily given extra bedding when I asked for it. The beds were comfy. The breakfast had some nice touches. I loved the Seattle’s Best coffee bar. The marbled rye bread and bags of washed grapes were a nice touch.

This was a nice place for our stay and we were able to upgrade to a suite since my old dog couldn't walk up the stairs. When he took himself for a walk, the staff were very kind and even tried to keep him as a new member of the housekeeping crew. The location was close to food options for dinner. Though we didn't use the lounge, I really appreciated that it was there and would have been a nice way to relax after a long day of travel. This is definitely a popular option for truck drivers, but we felt comfortable and safe. My husband really liked the breakfast.
