Tucked into a bend in the San Gabriel River, the community is within a few blocks of restaurants, shops, a gym, and movie theater. It also adjoins the riverfront Rivery Park, which offers playgrounds, a disc golf course, a nature pond, and access to the 25-mile hiking and biking trail, the N. San Gabriel River Trail, which in turn connects to Lake Georgetown, downtown and a variety of city parks and amenities. More highlights include a private elevator and a private rooftop terrace, the perfect place to start the day with coffee or wind down with a glass of wine. Inside, you'll find classic brownstone architecture with a Texas touch and Western chic decor throughout. The open-concept living space is great for family time and group meals, and the well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, plenty of gadgets, and lots of counter space. At the end of the night, relax in the central AC while you watch a little TV in the living room. Use the in-home WiFi to post the day's pics to social media, or catch up on remote work in the dedicated office space. At the end of the night, three comfortable bedrooms await, each with an ensuite bathroom. Very big. Plenty of space. Convenient to Georgetown. Clean. Coffee shop within walking distance. Parking is a little tight but doable. And the water pressure in the master bath shower is very low. I did have a problem with the showerhead one day and they came over that day to fix it.
