Didn’t offer to change rooms didn’t have a shower for my two days stay went to the office the following day to talk to the head manager at the hotel he told me he doesn’t have maintenance man to fix it and it was not fixed and I was not offered a different room. The room was missing a TV. The staff was helpful and helped us swap our room when we originally got there because in the first room we were assigned the toilet was broken, the heater had been running so the room smelled bad & there was a roach in the bathroom and the shower was pretty dirty. After swapping our room the new one smelled like a complete hotbox and the AC di not work so we had to open the windows and overall wasn’t very clean but the shower was at least a bit better.
