"This place is AWSOME!It is immaculate with everything you want, need and more! We loved everything from furniture made by Paul to pretty baskets decorated by Lois - the place just has no equals. And to top it all, hosts Lois and Paul are AWSOME too!"

"The host was responsive to our questions and check in/out directions were clear. Cleaning procedures for check out were simple. Great distribution of bedrooms/beds to allow for boys/girls etc. Everything was VERY clean when we arrived - the other mom and I appreciated that. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook our own meals.Plenty of living room seating space as well as a table actually big enough to sit all of us for meals. Back deck was SUPER lovely in the afternoon sun and watch the ducks and kingfishers. Overall the house has great southern exposure with lots of light during the day.Enough rooms for the kiddos to have their own space downstairs while the adults visited in the living room. Dock area is scenic and beautiful, public park with playground and boat launch is a 10 min walk down rte 4. "

"The hostel is in a cute old house with nice decor. We particularly enjoyed the pool table and darts to spend the evening. Breakfast had all the options you would want, better than most continental breakfasts. On the downsides, there was a double booking so we ended up in a shared bathroom room. And the windows don't open so it got stuffy (there is AC though)"

"From the moment we pulled up and realized the spot was ours, we were awestruck!….we had our 85lbs Boxer, Max with us in tow and it immediately felt like home, the house is well appointed with everything you would need for a stay, along with the view! The view from all but 2 windows is amazing, and there are a lot of windows! Loved our stay, we canoed, kayak’d and grilled…we loved everything minute of this location…even fished for smallies and had a few real nips….great property and super responsive and accommodating hosts, would recommend over and under over again….we’ll be back!"
