"Peter and Jane are terrific hosts of a beautiful spot on the lake. We did all the things. We hiked Mt. Blue to the top. We peddled the boat out onto the lake. We watched the sunrise and sunset on the screened in porch. We made fires and roasted marshmallows. We had a terrifically beautiful family vacation at this perfect little cottage on the lake."

"Amazing"

"We had an amazing stay at the property. It was stocked well with all of the essentials that make a rental house easy to enjoy. (Spices, oil, sugar, ziploc bags, extra toothbrushes, wireless speaker, etc.) We brought our 19’ bass boat and caught a few dozen smallmouth and largemouth bass around the pond. Swimming was easy and fun, with brownie points for the steps with handrail that led down into the water. We saw so many loon families and enjoyed their calls. Thank you for a great visit!"

"Spectacular location on a beautiful lake. The beautiful interior of the cottage, the dock and the kayaks, the location near to Belgrade Lakes Village with places like Day’s General Store and Hello Good Pie, all contribute to a fantastic vacation experience."

"The property was gust what we wanted. Peaceful spot and well equipped and comfortable. The only short coming was the the kitchen equipment. We opted to buy some pans to allow proper meal preparation."

"The property was a lovely space! We needed a one night stay in the Farmington area, and this place was perfect. The home was welcoming and clean, and the owner provided just about everything you need (towels, coffee maker, bedding, wine glasses, etc). We awoke in the morning to 9 deer outside in the field! "The picture you show was the owners 1st property and we could not access the property with my elderly family. When I called the owner, he offered me a second option of another property. That is the property I rated. It was very kind of the owner to accomodate us. It was a lit more driving than we intended but the accommodstions were much better for us."

Comfortable bedding, flexible sleeping arrangements (3 bedrooms) and well equipped. Communication with the manager/owner was easy and quick. Highly recommend this property for a no frills experience. About an hour drive to Sunday River resort where we skied."
