Every time we travel to Taupo we stay at Mototere holiday park. It is clean, well maintained and friendly staff. Trout fishing over the road is good. Trucks passing on main road through the night we thought would be a problem, after our first stay it didn't become an issue at all. Only 15 minutes travel from Taupo it is a excellent place to rest up and relax. Thank you Mototere holiday park, we will be back

We had a lovely stay at Pukawa Village. Our apartment, 15A, overlooked a beautiful garden and the stunning Lake Taupō, making every morning and evening feel incredibly special. The surroundings were so serene and peaceful , truly the perfect place to relax and unwind. Honestly, the view and atmosphere reminded us of Lake Como in Italy, yet we were right here in beautiful New Zealand. It felt like a hidden gem. The owners are such lovely people , very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The property is very well maintained, and you can really see the care they put into keeping everything in excellent condition. All the amenities were perfect and thoughtfully provided, making our stay very comfortable. The location is definitely a 10/10 , quiet, scenic, and absolutely breathtaking.
