"We love going to the Monarch Casino for a quick night of fun. The rooms are so nice and quiet, we don’t have to leave to have good dining options. The Chop House is amazing and the buffet is pretty good for a buffet. The heated pool and hot tub are perfect to give you a break from gambling and usually not busy. We play the $15 black jack tables and have a great time every time. We definitely are looking forward to going back."

"The views and area were beautiful. We did have a rather rough time in the property restaurant. We ordered an appetizer, side salad and all day breakfast. It took around 45 mins at least to be served. Not many patrons and we also had a tough time being seated. Stood there in line around 10 minutes. "

"This was our second time staying at the lodge. The place is clean amd comfortable. The room has everything you need if youre an out of towner, the humidifier was a life saver for the dry colorado air. Our bartenders Alex and another guy, I can't remember his name, wer super nice and made our first night there awesome, after a 10 hour drive. There was an unusual amount of snowfall the morning we were leaving and we were not prepared for it, but the front desk guy, Grant, was super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend the lodge, you wont be disappointed! "

"We were pleasantly surprised by this small property. Particularly liked the fact that it was a one bedroom with another regular bed in the living room area. Both rooms had a television. Refrigerator with separate freezer section. Room had fireplace although we did not use. Staff very nice and accommodating. "
