“When we arrived the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, the fridge was dirty, cushions had marks all over them, there was food under one of the beds and there was only 1 towel when there were 5 of us booked in, not enough crockery and cutlery for 5 and nothing to use for cleaning used items. When speaking to the staff we were instantly supplied with towels and food from under the bed was removed. They promised to vacuum the room, but never did. They informed me that they had a carpet……
