"Hotel in an excellent location. Many amenities nearby, including the Nizami Metro station. A bad experience booking a tour with a receptionist, Kanan. During an organized tour by Kanan, the driver, who didn't speak English—even though we had booked a driver who spoke English—demanded us to pay a supposed parking fine he'd received...
Overall, a good hotel, but the staff wasn't up to par.
In fact sometimes they didn't even say hello when you entered or they weren't even present at reception...
"Very clean hotel, new facilities, spacious and bright rooms, and normal use of equipment. The staff are very welcoming, the room is cleaned every day, the front desk is warm, the restaurant is rich in breakfast, and the waiter is polite. The hotel is ideally located and can reach any attractions in a walk. Very worth staying, highly recommended."
