Excellent location in the heart of Stockbridge. Free parking a bonus if spaces available. Excellent service. Great atmosphere in bar and good food at a reasonable price.

The hotel is old and in need of a refurbish. Carpets were old and damaged. Aircon in room was faulty. We asked 3 times for it to be repaired and promised it would be - but it never was!! The hotel knows the aircon was a problem because many previous reviews had noted the same problem and one member of staff told us our aircon was repeatedly a problem. We were never offered another suite!
