The hotel and its staff were excellent. However, there was a major soccer game the evening that we stayed, and we were not able to park on the property, but had to park a mile away. The hotel staff said that they reached out through Expedia to send us at least two separate messages talking about the soccer game and that we would not have parking. We received two emails from Expedia, but no messages were actually relayed to let us know about the parking situation. If the hotel is going to reach out with important messages to us, such as these, it is imperative that Expedia provide that message in a way we can read it, and not just a blank email.

Had an amazing time here with my wife and kids. It is a great location, very clean, and had multiple fans to stay cool and comfortable in every part of the flat. You can tell they put in a lot of effort to make the flat comfortable and livable. Check in was automated— quite easy and convenient. They had very affordable self-service luggage storage, more than adequate for all of our bags for a family of 6. We will stay here again the next time we are in town.

Ms Vivienne was lovely and very hospitable, and knowledgeable of the area and transit systems.
