“I booked and prepaid for a double room with en-suite. Upon arrival, when they saw I was alone, I was moved to a single room with restroom down the hall and downstairs. “Helpful staff. Excellent service at breakfast - especially the waitress working on her own on Saturday- very efficient. Tea/ coffee station in reception to help yourself was appreciated. Very convenient for the town centre. Would have liked breakfast to be served until 10.30am on Easter Monday rather than 10am.”
