“First the concierge person was so helpful and booked us a great reservation at Fishy Fishy she deserves 5 stars which I gave in the individual rankings. “This townhouse hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but frankly it should be rated as a 2 star hotel. There is no one to help with luggage. There is no real reception you have to go up a floor to a small office to check in. There is no staff to assist you in the morning until 11 am and no one after 6:00.pm.
