Best Resorts in Ban Khlong Haeng

"I had a fantastic time between 2 jobs staying at this resort hotel. Staff is amazing. Food is excellent, everything is shiny clean. Big room with huge balcony. Shuttle to Ao Nang beach and shops all day. Only suggestion I would make to them would be carpet in the corridors.Would reduce noise from door closing and guests walking around at 2:00 AM. Not a problem for me since I always carry earplugs when travelling. I slept like baby. I will certainly return. Francois "

"Overall, an absolutely beautiful hotel with very kind people. The room was excellent and I’ve never been to a more friendly place. The only negatives would be at times The staff just didn’t understand drink orders, and there were a few meals where the service was slow and inconsistent. Again they were super friendly, but I feel a bit young and inexperienced to deal with more complicated requests. Also didn’t like that they had a yoga class every couple days, but it was $45 if you wanted to participate. I think at this price point things like that should be included. Other observation is that it is very family friendly, and me and my wife were just about the only people there without little kids. So if you are a couple looking to hang out with other couples, this may not be your spot, but if you have kids, then it should be perfect. But overall a wonderful stay with super lovely people!"

"We stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Bungalow, which we liked everything about. The bedroom was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was large and clean, with a huge shower. We also had a large front patio, which we enjoyed. The breakfast is very good in the restaurant right on the beach. The food choices were good and what was supposed to be hot, was hot, and foods that were supposed to be cold were cold. The staff were wonderful, super friendly and helpful. Short walks to dining, shopping, sights. Well done Sand Sea Resort. We would stay here again. "

"Absolutely fabulous hotel on beach, staff very friendly, rooms spotless a little tired but very clean , had everything we needed , beautiful location , breakfast choices tasty but Iimited compared to other hotels but still good value for money , we would definately stay here again it's perfect for families or couples "

"Great stay overall but not everything was perfect. Pros: - big room with an amazing view. - nice and comfortable beds. - clean and housekeeping did a great job. - amazing huge pool. - staff were super friendly and helpful. - location is great, you're in the middle of all the action but it's still very nice and quite at the hotel. - perfect for a family stay with kids. There is a kids club and a kids swimming pool. - breakfast and a la carte were very good. Cons: - AC was very tricky to use, you can change the temperature but it reverts back to whatever default setting after some time (20 degrees but feels like 15). Most of the time we left it off to avoid it. - due to some issues with the AC the floor becomes completely wet and slippery. We had to leave the room and asked the staff for help. They cleaned it and provided a dehumidifier, and while it helped a lot it was super loud. While we had a couple of issues, the positives outweigh the negatives and it was a great stay."
