Basin Castle Hotels

Hotel meets expectations

From the moment I booked the room it was a experience like no other. Everything is digital during the check in process for easier and quicker than no other. And when you pull in and see your room number and realize what you have booked will amaze you. Your packing spot is directly in front of your room. You literally have a 1 bedroom 2 full baths with a small living room and couch, along with a small office room. The bed is so nice and soft you will truly get the rest you will need. If you are...

Really nice room and the front desk staff (Nick) was so friendly and helpful.

first night of my honeymoon and was overall an excellent experience no complaints whatsoever except parking. every staff that we ran into went out of their way to make sure that our stay was comfortable .felt very welcome

Staff was great and friendly. Happy to help with a smile on their face.

Great basic hotel. Recently redone. Friendly staff. No USB port. Not an issue but just be aware. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was incredible! Loved being able to walk to so many restaurants, bars, and shops from the hotel, plus they have an awesome speakeasy in the basement which had a fantastic singer during our stay.

retro. booked the motor in by mistake but it was ok

This was the best Bed and Breakfast I have ever stayed in! Colleen (the owner) was so wonderful and personable, and she made sure that we were very well taken care of. Everything was super clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was superb! I especially loved the quaintness and detailed decor of this lovely old house. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

I would always choose lamplight over some of the other hotels in town. They really know how to make it a home away from home. The only downside I will note is we were in a shared house, us up front and another group of people who got the back and upstairs. The guests behind were very loud amd kept trying to get the door between our room and theirs open. Very rough to sleep through when a drunk keeps yelling and slamming on that door. If you do stay in the house be careful when taking a shower,...

It was expensive but everything in Montana is.

I came late and left early. I never saw the staff but they had everything set up for this type of visit.

We had just a quick stay, but hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel doing renovations so they were moving things a little too early on sunday morning for me! Didn't affect me in my room so much but when we went to breakfast and came down the elevator the outside door was open and it was quite a wake up call (before coffee too!) I hope they finish quickly cuz it's a really nice hotel, right downtown!

Nice, clean hotel in a great location. Close to many restaurants. Staff was friendly and the breakfast cook was awesome!

Great stay, cute decor, well priced!

The front desk team at this property always goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. And the early morning breakfast team never disappoints. Overall a great property that delivers a consistently positive experience.
