“Room we booked wasn't what we got. Ordered the family room with 3 b da, got a room with 2 dou le beds. The coffee maker was gross, brought it up to the staff they brought us a new one...it was better but when we opened it up to use it, there was an earwig in it. Didn't use the coffee maker at all. The room was okay otherwise. The staff were nice, when they were on site. I ended up helping more people figure out if there was staff in site than I should have. I was a guest. Thank God I'm a nice……

“We really appreciated how the staff member came after dark when I put on my first comment to Expedia that the a/c wasn't working and room was hot. She knocked and offered to get it going. It was just a broken button but she said she didnt want us to be uncomfortable with the heat. Thank u”

“First time staying here, so I was lucky to get Carol checking me in. She was sooo pleasant and helpful and made it a great check in experience. Room was clean and comfortable, very convenient having a patio door that leads to a green space which was really convenient travelling with a dog.”

“A great stop, couldn’t fault it. Bed was comfortable, sheets and bedding great. It was clean and quiet, despite being on the main road and loads of travellers arriving late at night. The shower was also good. Thoroughly recommend The Taj for dinner, the food was delicious and the staff were really friendly. There was also a WalMart almost opposite the motel as a bonus”

“The hotel advertises as “pet friendly”but when I informed them I had two puppies they told me they had no pet friendly rooms left. They need to clearly indicate that on the website so there is no confusion. I don’t mind paying the extra money for the dogs. If you have only a limited amount of rooms inform the customers. The front desk person was understanding and managed to get the issue resolved. Expedia needs to take accountability here too. They never allowed me to clearly indicate I needed……

“The location was great, loved the arcade and pub. Room was clean , spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was firm. Like all hotels today the guests are what let it down, shouting and loud all through the night, slept so late we missed breakfast due to the disruptions through the night.”
