Amazing location if you want to walk to LSU campus. Very responsive owners. Very clean and well maintained property. I have stayed there twice and will stay there again.
The house was perfect for a couple middle aged dads taking a weekend getaway to go to an LSU game. It's located just a couple blocks from the edge of the tailgating.

Best place you can stay near LSU and absolutely best host you can find! Stay here if you’re visiting Baton Rouge…
This was the second time with booked a place with Beau and Melissa! It was the perfect place for a quick weekend visit to see our son at LSU. Melissa was great in communication with us about the trip! I would definitely recommend them for anyone interested in a great place close to the LSU campus!
Everything was excellent! The Baker's were amazing. They respond quickly to any questions, even assisting me with things that weren't related to my stay. I highly recommend!!!! You could feel the amazing hospitality through their messages and the home matched their warmth.
It was a great location and very clean. Pictures represent the townhouse well. Being gated was a nice addition also. Through the front door is a station and my daughter was glad to have had the young men with her; however, that is the nature of any area within walking distance to the stadium. Overall she felt safe. Melissa was easy to work with and extremely accommodating. We will probably try to book there again for future LSU games.
The townhouse was great/as expected. Simple decor, good size room, and very clean. The outside was well lit. Private/gated parking in the back as well as a parking pad in the front. Cute backyard area with tables and games to play. 2 downsides... 1) Neighbors were out front every night playing loud music and there are nearby railroad tracks. 2) We took our car to campus early, tailgated/went to game, thinking we didn't want to walk back to the house late at night. But for the townhouse being a 6 minute drive to my daughter's dorm normally, it took us almost an hour to get home. The house is located off a main street that is used to get Tiger fans home after the game. Every street heading back to the home was backed up for miles, included the side street normally used to get into the gated parking area, so we had to park out front. So do your tailgating at the house, and walk there and back from the game.
