It features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. One bedroom includes a king-size bed, and the other offers a queen-size bed, both thoughtfully furnished for a restful night’s sleep. Each bathroom is fully equipped with modern fixtures, tub and shower combo, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. A queen-size air mattress is conveniently located in the closet of the second bedroom and is available for guest use. Great for extra guests or flexible sleeping arrangements. If needed, extra bedding, including blankets, sheets, and pillows is available in the laundry room. It is neatly stored on the shelf and labeled for your convenience. Guests have full access to the entire home, including all outdoor amenities.

This home is conveniently located just 5 minutes from A.W. Mumford Stadium on the campus of Southern University and A&M College, 15 minutes from Downtown, and 20 minutes from LSU Tiger Stadium.
