It was pretty gross. The mattress protector had mold on it. The fire detector didn’t have batteries in it. Everything was dusty. FYI: they do not have hair dryers. No cups to use despite having a coffee maker. Will not be staying again. May or may not have bed bugs. I didn’t see any, but my travel partner woke up with a bite on her arm. I am hoping it was coincidence and not a bed bug bite (generally, they don’t just bite once, and they often itch and hers didn’t), but I’d just be mindful and check the bed if you decide to stay at this establishment.

Elevator was out of service requiring me to lug all of belongings and my 75 lb American Bully up three flights of stairs. Once I was settled I attempted to acquire some sleep only to be greeted with a slamming door from the stair well since everyone was using the stairs that evening.

If you're traveling with kids, the location is very convenient, and the room layout is spacious with a handy kitchenette. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. Our stay was extremely disappointing due to terrible cleanliness. Upon entering, the room smelled really bad, and the hallways constantly smelled like weed. To make matters worse, we even found leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest. I would not stay here again or recommend it until management seriously addresses their housekeeping standards.
